1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, transfers, tours, and related services provided by MGA Transfers and Tours Adventure (“MGA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“you” or “customer”). By booking with MGA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Reservations can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp or any official MGA channel.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including full name, contact details, flight number, hotel, number of passengers, and luggage.
• Unless otherwise indicated, full payment is required to confirm your booking. If payment is not received, MGA reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• For groups, special events or private packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

3. Service Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or voucher with all details of your service. It is your responsibility to review this information and inform us immediately of any error or change.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Carry valid identification if required by local authorities.
• Respect vehicle capacity and declare any extra luggage or special requirements in advance.
• Inform MGA as soon as possible about any flight delay or schedule change.

5. No-Show

If you do not appear at the scheduled pick-up point and do not notify MGA in advance, the service will be considered a no-show. In case of no-show, the full amount of the service will be charged and no refund will be issued.

6. Changes and Modifications

• Changes to date, time, destination or number of passengers must be requested at least 24 hours before the service.
• All modifications are subject to availability and may generate additional costs.

7. Luggage

Each passenger is allowed a standard amount of luggage. Oversized or extra luggage must be informed at the time of booking. MGA reserves the right to refuse transportation of undeclared excess luggage or items prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

MGA uses professional drivers and insured vehicles and follows local safety regulations in the Dominican Republic. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, or changes by airlines.

MGA is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle. You are responsible for keeping your valuables with you at all times.

9. Health and Safety

You are responsible for informing MGA of any medical condition or special assistance you may require. MGA reserves the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is considered unsafe or disrespectful.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
